Water damage restoration

When your pipe bursts and releases a surge of 100 gallons of water onto your floor and walls, hopefully you react fast and shut off the water so no further damage is done. But what next? Call us at Perris Water Damage! We are standing by 24/7 to start the water damage restoration process immediately.

Can It Be Saved?

One of the first questions we get asked by clients is whether their carpet, furniture, hardwood floor, or other property can be saved. The answer is it depends.
Yes, we know that this isn’t the answer you want to hear. But each case of water damage is different. For example, if a water supply pipe in your kitchen broke and flooded your laminate floor, we can probably save all the property – so long as you call us in before mold growth starts. By contrast, if you’ve had a major sewer main backup and your living room is covered with black water, we are going to have to dispose of virtually all of the contaminated items.
Our goal with water damage restoration is to get your home back to its original state in as timely and stress-free manner as possible. This means making decisions based on our 8+ years of experience, IICRC training, and state-of-the-art equipment. Some decisions are simple (of course we will save your valuable hardwood floor!). Other decisions aren’t as straight forward, like when you’ve got to decide to spend days drying your carpet or just replace it. We will do our best to help you understand these decisions and make the right choices. By working closely with our clients, we are able to meet our goal of getting your home restored quickly and without stress.

Our Equipment

One of the things which makes us so effective at restoring water damage is our specialty equipment. We have the equipment required to remove water from and dry all types of materials and surfaces. This includes hundreds of air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, moisture readers, and protimeters. For hardwood floors, we use the Rescue Mat System which attaches to the floor and removes moisture from deep within wood grains.

Our most important piece of equipment is our truck-mounted extraction machine. The machine has an amazing amount of suction power which means it can remove much more water and moisture than portable units. The more moisture you can get out of a carpet, the better the chances of saving it. It also cuts down on the drying time, which means your home is back to normal faster.

Working with Your Insurance Company

We proudly work with ALL insurance companies for water damage restoration claims. Water damage isn’t something you experience every day, but it is something we’ve been handling for 8+ years on a daily basis. Over the years, we have acquired a vast amount of knowledge about the insurance claims process and all of our new technicians are trained to work with insurance companies. We help insure your claim is successful by taking documentation (moisture readings, photographs, reports) and meeting with the insurance adjuster to explain the damages. We will even bill the insurance company directly so you don’t have to front the costs of water damage restoration.
